When do I receive my script after ordering?
All Shadow Scripts products are digital. Your download link appears right after checkout on the confirmation page, and we also email it to you within a few minutes.
Will your scripts work with my device and game?
Each product page lists the supported device (e.g. Cronus Zen) and supported games/platforms. If your setup isn’t mentioned there, it isn’t officially supported for that script.
Is installation beginner-friendly?
Yes. Every script or bundle includes a step-by-step setup guide (and in some cases a video) so you can import and use it in just a few minutes, even if you’re new to scripts.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our scripts are digital and delivered instantly, we generally can’t refund orders once the files have been downloaded or accessed. If you run into a technical issue, contact us and we’ll help you fix it.
Can using scripts get my account banned?
Any third-party device or script can carry some level of risk depending on how and where it’s used. We don’t claim our products are risk-free or “undetectable”. Always use moderation and respect the rules of the platform and games you play.
